Massage Policy

New and Updated Massage Policies, Set in the best interest of you and the massage therapist:

-Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment. Doing this will help you get relaxed before your appointment time and not feel rushed to fill out your health intake form.

-If you are late to your appointment, your time will be shortened to keep on schedule and you will have to pay for full amount of session.

-If you no show, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment scheduled, if you have a package or gift certificate these will be redeemed.

-When  buying gift certificates or pre-paying for your appointment there are no refunds.

-You must reschedule or cancel your appointment 24 hours before your appointment, a 50% deposit will be required to hold your next appointment, this is no refundable.

-As for inclement weather, there will be no fee charged as long as you contact us to reschedule or cancel your appointment. The therapist also has the ability to reschedule if they feel it is to dangerous to be out.

-Any inappropriateness will immediately end the session, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment time and a $30 inconvience fee and the authorities will be contacted.

-Packages, prepaid massages and gift certificates from Mariah's Massage are non refundable and only valid with Mariah Thery.

-If an appointment becomes available and you recieve a call(voicemail), text or email,please respond in 24 hours, I will not hold the appointment for you longer than 24 hours, due to the cause of no-shows and assuming people will show.
